DATA ANALYTICS
Thoughtful, visual & verbal data representation is my hallmark. Clarity and context-awareness are consistent features of my work.

My reports go beyond good data analytics, the kind that create relevant and impactful insights.

Clients say that my distinct value-add is the way I package analysis. I help others visualize and understand patterns in customer, client and stakeholder experiences.

A QUANTITATIVE &
QUALITATIVE TOOLBOX
I comfortably toggle between qualitative and quantitive methods. I'm a trained sociolinguist and my ear is very sensitive to language choices.

Much of my survey development and analysis focuses on data segmentation and benchmarking. At the same time, I know that qualitative data is key to explaining the why patterns.

This facility across data types means I am well positioned to help others get a strong handle on the perspectives and lives of their customers and communities.

DATA JUSTICE
My work reflects these core values:

-
Data collection methods are tailored to the diverse segments of the community who participate.
-
Analysis is developed to reduce bias and include the voices of historically marginalized parts of a given community.

INSTRUMENT DESIGN
My approach to survey design is rooted in target research and organizational analysis. This ensures the data collected is usable and aligns closely with project goals.

I take a collaborative approach to survey development, so the tone reflects brand voice, and so all stakeholders understand the intention of each question we ask.

Surveys are designed to respect those who opt to take them. This includes applying principles of data justice to the instrument itself and being sensitive to the time it takes people to participate.
